Client:
A leading Product Development Company
Experience / Skills:
A proven track record of delivering world-class, large-scale, performance critical enterprise software products / multimillion-dollar projects on time, on budget and with quality.
11-13 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, out of which 4-5 years in a senior leadership position managing high profile teams.
Prior experience with revenue assurance, fraud management or other BSS tools in the telecom
products space is preferred. OSS experience may be looked at, as well
Experience with quality standards such as CMMi, Six Sigma is preferred.
Superior organizational and planning skills, excellent written/verbal communication and listening
skills as well as exposure to managing international projects and operations are key success
attributes for the role.
Should possess strategic and tactical thinking abilities with strong relationship management.
Experience in the full development lifecycle of a product(s) sold to and used by a Global 2000
customer base
Polished recruiting, interviewing and networking skills.
Education / Certifications:
BS with advanced degree preferred (e.g. MS, PhD. in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical
Engineering)
