full time AVP – Corporate Sales

Our client a large multinational General Insurance Company, who has just set up operations in India, has retained our services to identify “AVP – Corporate Sales” for various locations all over India.

The ideal candidates should be Graduates / Post Graduates with 8 - 12 years experience in the Insurance Industry.

The Role:

• To build and maintain relations with corporate customers and brokers
• To identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated branch region
• Procuring corporate business - new and renewals - directly or through brokers
• To build corporate marketing team at zonal / regional level
• To plan and organize product promotion activities in co-ordination with marketing, also finalizing new strategies for product launch
• To generate database on corporate customers and designing of MIS on a regular basis
• To coordinate with underwriting and claims team, thereby ensuring prompt services to corporate customers
• To analyze claim ratios for different Products in various channels ensuring increased focus on products with higher profitability thereby increasing profitability of the location/unit
• To organize regular training programs for Channel Partners and Sales team using effective sales presentation techniques
