Role : Organization Development.
Require: PGDM/MBA (HR), 4-6 years experience.


This job description is intended as a representation of the primary responsibilities of and qualifications for this position.  Assessment & training need analysis, design and implement, competency based development programmes.
 Develop & Conduct Executive development programmes
 Drive and organize in-house Management Development Programmes.
 Develop OD intervention for Middle management to groom them for future responsibilities.
 Identify, develop and establish partnership with a cross-section of professional trainers and jointly design and customized programmes.
 Develop and maintain an association with Business schools
 Constantly review development processes with a view of increasing training effectiveness.
 Implement all training and development plans.
 Build internal resources for training.
 Drive post assessment mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of programs.
 Manage & monitor training budget
 Develop Training site on intranet
 Responsible for employee communication
 Review Rewards & recognition policy and monitor successful implementation of the programme across organization.
 Coordinate & administer the Employee opinion survey across India.& drive creation of action plans
 Drive implementation of Service excellence workshops.

• PGDM/MBA (HR) from institutes of repute.
• Certification in Training & Development


 Concentrated HR experience of 4-6 years in consumer driven business & well known organizations
 Exposure to areas like training & development, career planning, communication systems and strategies etc.
 Knowledge of Competency based training & development systems and other key HR systems like Performance Appraisal, Rewarding systems and their linkages with competencies
 Skills-Communication, Competency Mapping & Development,
