Job Description:
Head of Delivery for all accounts under the Pharma and Life sciences vertical, within the Manufacturing SBU.

Roles & Responsibilities :
The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to the Delivery
managers in running the delivery and operations with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal Co’s needs, such as CHM and operational parameters. Has to work closely with CEMs / Global Account Managers in a collaborative manner to grow the MEGA / GAMA accounts and ensure the delivery function runs successfully. Need to work with different service lines of Co. in taking Co’s solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the service lines deliver the customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all CHM parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the vertical. The role would also need to closely work with COE / domain teams and
the Pharma & Life sciences Vertical Head in business development and competency building.

The role will have primary reporting to the SDH of the Manufacturing SBU, with a dotted line to Pharma Vertical Head

Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 15+ years of experience covering delivery management for either a large account (> 750 people) or a set of multiple accounts. Candidates should be of band General Manager profile.

Candidate is expected to have following experiences:

• Experience at customer site as onsite CEM/account manager / delivery manager
• Multiple customer experience
• Fixed Price project management, with SLA based delivery
• Multi vendor / SI Program experience
• Offshore DM experience (should have handled a large account or multiple small and medium sized accounts)
• Well-versed with Co’s quality management processes
• Pre-sales exposure

• Any leadership initiatives assumed at Co’s level or at any

SBU/vertical/functional level, with a proven success
• Good Networking across the Co.
• Proven people leadership
