Job Description

- Handling entire gamut of activities related to forecasting, competency based manpower planning, recruitment process, vendor management, compensation management across all levels of management.
- Designing and optimizing organization structure and bridging the gap.
- Designing and Rolling out Change management Strategies.
- Defining job responsibilities and bringing in role clarity, by using performance driven parameters and individual development planning programs (IDP) through job rotation, job enlargement & enrichment in a planned manner.
- Facilitating organizational restructuring through mapping, calibrating skill Sets and competency mapping.
- Proactively forecasting on parameters Bench Strength and succession planning.
- Handling performance management systems and ensuring that the bi annual appraisals are being done on time.
- Organizing on boarding sessions, knowledge sharing & e learning sessions; induction/ orientation programs including several training programs, workshop on managerial & behavioral topics.
- Formulating, implementing and updating policies such as: travelling, leave, relocation, reimbursements of benefits, career planning, PMS action plan, and rewards & recognition policies.
- Administering the proper maintenance of HRIS, payroll and personnel documentation /records.
- Ensuring full knowledge of all statutory compliances and liaising with statutory authorities.
- Formalizing training needs assessment (TNI) activity for the employees.

- Employee engagement across all stores.

- Managing attrition.

- Moving to the next level where retail is concerned.

- Overseeing sales training across stores.
