Advisory to Social Businesses forms a key focus area of the Business
Consulting Practice which undertakes the following advisory based services:

1. Supports social business models (e.g. microfinance) to achieve
scale and faster integration with the mainstream through better
business plans, market intelligence and process excellence;
2. Supports mainstream businesses and corporations engage better with the Bottom of the Pyramid markets.

Position: Senior Vice President**

Experience/ Education:

• 10-15 years as a business leader/partner in a strategy consulting

Skills:

· Expertise in managing and growing a strategy consulting practice;

· Excellent communication and analytical skills;**

· Excellent team management skills

Job responsibilities:

· Develop Intellecap’s Business Consulting practice globally;

· Straddle multiple roles that include relationship management, team
building and mentorship, and business development;

· Undertake relevant national and international field travel and
exposure as and when required.
