· Preparation and monitoring of Food and Beverage and other Hospitality services, budgets and maintaining appropriate documentation for sales, costs and inventory control for timely indenting of supplies.
· Thorough knowledge of Front Office and Banqueting services.
· Formulation & implementation of the company’s S.O.P and formatting of food and beverage and Hospitality areas.
· Menu Planning for an extensive range of food & beverages, along with portion standardization and supervision of food preparation.
· Oversee all aspects of Kitchen management including monitoring food production and aesthetic presentation of food and beverages.
· Conduct Hygiene and Sanitation inspections/audits and convey feedback to operating staff as well as management to eliminate gaps within the designated formats
· Coordination with all functional & departmental heads for smooth functioning of studios
· Provide feedback at regular intervals to Top Management – MIS reporting
· Risk assessment
· Cost control
· Keeping track on the Food Adulteration Acts
· Research for new menu items & food preservation
· Introducing international food preparation standards
· Thorough knowledge on Hospitality project management.
· Vendor negotiation.
· Liasoning with Hotels and other Hospitality offerings to get the nest rates.
· Knowledge of HACCP standards.
· Innovating new standards that prevail in the Industry
