Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of sales experience out of which 2-3 years in a Life Insurance Company.
"Direct Sales Team" Experienced preferred
Brief Job Description:
1. Responsible for revenue delivery for life and general insurance and helping the channel to close HNW cases by doing joint calls and on job training.
2. Training the channel and segment teams on life and general products and "How to sell' techniques.
3. Sales Promotion strategy and implementation, complaint resolution and support the insurance retention team.
4. Hiring and productivity of channel partners.
