Roles and Responsibilities
· Solutioning to the clients Manage CSAT Account Growth
· Will be responsible for account/engagement top line growth and margin Manage
programs over $20 mn revenue
Skills and Job Requirements
· Experience in handling/handled a large program of over 100+members in Banking/
Insurance/ Securities/ Investment Banking/ Property & Casualty Insurance domain
· Onsite/Offshore delivery management
· Managing programs of over $20Mn Revenue
· Responsible for account/engagement top line growth and margin
· Should have thorough knowledge of business processes involved in Banking
Domain
· Experience in Banking/ Insurance/ Securities/ Investment Banking/ Property &
Casualty Insurance Technology Products (Core Banking/Mortgage/Treasury/Credit)
· Client Relationship handling
· Good knowledge of SDLC Process
· Should have handled independent consulting Assignment
· Should have exposure to multiple technology – Mainframe, .Net, Java etc
· Should have contributed for solution development for different Banking
clients.
