Ixsight recently raised funds from a leading Venture Capital fund. We plan to grow our revenues to more than 50 crores in 3 years, a 7 fold increase.

Ixsight is now looking for a President/Country Head, Sales. The role will require to:
- Devise a sales strategy
- Establish and a business and revenue model
- Build a sales team
- Build alliances and distribution channels

Profile of the candidate:
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Over 15 years of experience of selling SI solutions in India
- Candidate should have ideally worked with companies like I-flex, TCS, Nucleus, Polaris, HCL etc and/or sold to BFSI clients
- Should be leading the sales of a division, product line

This role is based in Mumbai and reports to the CEO. The candidate will be a part of the core management team of the company and will represent the sales function at Board meetings. Apart from fixed and variable components, the remuneration can include a sizeable amount of stock grants.
