Position - Six Sigma Black Belt
SBU – Crop Protection
Location – Delhi/NCR
Reporting to – Business Director – CP
Description
Understand strategic business objectives - short term & long term and identify growth opportunities both top-line and bottom-line.
Establish specific projects for implementation , gain alignment from the business team for implementation.
Lead project to complete at least two projects with hard benefit of $350 M PTOI.
Work as a change agent to reduce variation and eliminate defects in processes.
Promote Six Sigma culture by demonstrating effective use of Six Sigma methods and sharing project learning.
Conduct regular project phase reviews with Process Owners / MBB's / Champions and other stake holders.
Work as custodian of TLG Project Ideas and monitor the progress of these projects on a regular basis.
Coordinate Project Reviews and Decision Board
Maintain thorough and current documentation of projects in DSSET.
Interface with customer to present project status and results and / or promote Six Sigma culture and methodologies.
Coach Green Belts and others in use of Six Sigma methods and tools and ensure timely completion of all Six Sigma Green Belt Projects
Coordinate TLG Project Tracking with Regional Master Black Belt.
Requirements
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the marketing and sales function. Work Back ground in Agriculture will be an added advantage.
MBA/PG in Agri from a premier B – school is a must
Prior experience in people management would be preferred.
