Job Purpose
To aggressively drive the entire range of brands in the specified territory. Flawlessly execute the brand strategies in the city HQs through effective leadership of a team. Effectively manage customers in Medical and Retail areas, trade channel Customers and modern trade businesses.
Key Result Areas:
• Achievement of Sell In and Sell out objectives
• Drive entire range of consumer and prescription driven brands
• Effectively lead and coach city team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Channel Customers and actively manage Sell Out drivers with these Customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL’s and Modern Trade customers by
executing respective ToTs
Indicative Activities
To ensure effectiveness of Sales Force (both Medical and Retail) by:
- Making monthly / quarterly work and business plans, doing “work with” for coaching, following up on execution and achievements, communicating company policies / procedures, conducting training sessions, conducting appraisal / career development discussions
- Leading survey of universe of customers (Drs. & Retailers) to help city team prepare optimal customer list based on business potential
Leading the preparation of detailed beat plan along with city team
To achieve Sell In and Sell Out business objectives with Trade Channel Customers by:
- Agreeing on A, B & C analysis of city Stockiest with RBM.
- Planning Sell In / Sell Out, CRM activities and business analysis
- Actively drive the following activities
o Sell-In, Execution of schemes
o Stockists servicing
o POB Servicing
o Lead and drive Stockist’s FieldForce
o Wholesale, Dispensing Doctors
o Counter Sales
