Job Responsibilities: Ensuring the complete set up & managing the AP region operations.
Managing various locations in AP region with a well developed and structured team.
Responsible for setting up micro offices & ensuring operational activities are handled smoothly without any bottlenecks
§ Ensure that regulatory and compliance norms are being met and followed without any deviation
§ Ensure that the customer requests and complaints are resolved within the TATs
Managing Underwriting and New business activity for the region
§ Provide training to the operations team and the sales teams on underwriting norms and procedures, customer service and operations
§ Managing Doctor relationships and ensure service is provided to them.
§ Manage the Distribution operations activity
§ Ensuring branch reconciliation is done and audit procedures are met
Involves lot of motivation and team building experiences apart from providing direct and structured feedback to improve performance
