The Organization: Our client is a leading IT / ITES company

Key Responsibilities

. Single point of contact for Quality Support of Client Account (s).

. Ensuring Implementation of Quality Standards in the account

. Aligning Processes with Customer Feedback

. Facilitation of Metrics Management

. Ensuring High levels of Six sigma Effectiveness and Engagement
(SEE)

. Providing High Quality Business analytics support to Management
team

. Identifying improvement opportunities along with the respective
SDLs and process Head and facilitating launch of projects around those

. Leading high impact 6 sigma and Lean projects

. Mentoring GBs and FBBs

. Review and Ensuring rigor in all 6 sigma & Lean projects

The Selected candidate should be:

. BE / B Tech/ MBA/ MS- Stats.

. Experience in Investment Banking

. 6-10 yrs of experience, with atleast 3-5 years in ITES

. Cerfitified Six Sigma BB from a recognized institute /
organization

. Lean certified

. Knowledge of ISO / COPC / eSCM

. Minitab, Excel, MS access, MS Office

. Excellent Team management and leadership skills

. Change management skills & Facilitation Skills

. Problem Solving tools / analytical skills

. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills

. High Energy Level, Confident and Assertive

. US Visa Required

. Willingness to work in UK shift.
