Functional Area :Finance & Accounting
Job Description : Job Purpose
Manages Business Planning and Analysis activity (tracking performance and
budget deviations, preparing forecasts and budgets, supporting in decision
making) for various Line Functions of Global Development Operations,Hyderabad.
This role will also assist in:
• Overall accounting related activities of the entity.
• Documentation & Process flow improvements of the Finance & Accounting
transactions.
Major Accountabilities
• Track monthly financial reports, analysing differences between the results
and the original budget ( in sales and costs)
• Supports Line Functions in decision making
• Participates in the preparation of budgets, forecasts,financial model etc.
• Analyses Early Warning and Risks & Opportunities
• Tracks financial indicators
• Monthly reporting of Financial numbers in Reporting System.
• Identify areas where process improvements are required & implement
suggestions.
Key Performance Indicators
• Financial indicators performance
• BU Heads Satisfaction degree with quality service
• Timely & efficient completion of project based activities.
Minimum requirements : Ideal Background
Education : • MBA from TOP
University US or
India
specializing in Finance.
Experience: • 4+ Financial position
