Preparing business plans, financial models, M&A,corporate and business strategy for the projects in retail.FMCG,Consumer Durables,Processed Foods etc and related industry.
Involved in projects like business startup,market entry,IT Solution implementation,program Management for turnaround projects & Change Management.
Mapping the detailed business process (function, process, sub-process, activity, task, responsibility areas, frequency, duration) for core processes (Strategy,Marketing,sales,supply chain,operationsFinancial valuations)
Involved in Business Process Re- Engineering assignments with exposure of all business function.
Working on end to end implemantation projects alongwith client management,business development would be an important part of the profile.
Desired Candidate :
An MBA from a Premier B School with a general business consulting background. Excellent in strategy,research,planning and business models with indepth understanding of business processses, BPR,project management( end to end implementation) as their forte. Should have worked on independent projects alongwith client management.He would primarily be handling projects for retail industry,FMCG and related industry.
