Job Responsibilities :
Experience in managing delivery of information systems solutions – especially in an Identity Management domain
Experience managing deployments of one or more identity and access management
products from leading vendors such as: CA IdM suite, Oracle IdM suite, IBM Tivoli IdM suite, Sun IdM suite
Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and
implementation plans Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
Technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications
Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects
Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
Play substantive/lead role and engagement planning, economics, and billing
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities
Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches
Participate in proposal development effort
Participate in "add-on" sales to client
Membership and visibility in professional & civic organizations
Bring knowledge of one or more IAM tools to the project implementation and ensure quality delivery with best-in-class design
Should be able to conceive, architect, design and lead solution delivery with the chosen IAM tool while factoring in other application integration requirements.
