Analyst
An Analyst is not only expected to drive the Analysis related activities within a project, but also exhibit good understanding of business issues across different verticals. The role requires competencies to carry out the following job responsibilities:

• Superior analytical abilities, to perform complex analysis independently with minimal supervision. Experience in supervising simple analysis being carried out by others would be preferred.
• Good understanding of business issues in a vertical to draw business insights for client from the data analyzed.
• Strong written communication skills to create project deliverables.
• Should have exhibited some capability to supervise deliverable creation.
• Expertise in secondary and primary research. Should have exhibited some capability to supervise primary and secondary research.

• Ability to independently lead low complexity projects and modules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA/ Post Graduate Degree in economics, finance or any other business discipline etc having up to three years of experience in business research (preferably business-to-business research), MNC, international research organization.

• A strong academic background is strongly preferred.

Senior Research Associate
A Senior Research Associate not only contributes to the research teams in gathering, synthesizing data, but also performs basis analysis under supervision using structured methodologies and frameworks. The role requires competencies to carry out the following job responsibilities:

• Experienced in secondary research using both internet and databases such as Onesource, Hoovers, Factiva etc
• Excellent verbal communication skills to engage in discussions with senior executives across the globe to support primary research techniques.
• Analytical thinking ability in order to perform specific analysis with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare specified sections of the deliverables under direct supervision. Preference would be given to candidates who have authored articles, white papers etc or have good written English scores in TOEFL etc.
• Foreign language skills would be preferred, though not necessary.

• Expertise in using MS Office

Qualification and Experience:

• Engineers/MBA/ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Management or Economics or Finance or Maths or any other business discipline with good analytical and communication skills with up to two years of relevant experience in Business Research.

• A strong academic background is strongly preferred.

Research Associate
A Research Associate contributes to the research teams in gathering; synthesizing and presenting information and data using structured methodologies and frameworks. The role requires competencies to carry out the following job responsibilities.

• Proficient in searching web based resources as source of secondary information.
• Familiarity with various databases such as Onesource, Hoovers, Factiva etc to support data collection through secondary research would be preferred though not necessary
• Ability to think analytically in order to perform specific analysis under direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare specified sections of the deliverables under direct supervision. Preference would be given to candidates who have authored articles, white papers etc or have good written English scores in TOEFL etc.
• Foreign language skills would be preferred, though not necessary.
