Span of Control: 5-7 Direct Reportees (Manager / Senior Manager / AVP).
The persons will be responsible for managing:
o Business Partner
o HR Operations
o Employee Relations
o Employee Engagement
o Strategizing and Implementing Processes, Policies and Systems (Oracle / PeopleSoft / SAP)
MBA with 11-13 years of experience within ITES / BPO/ IT / Telecom industry. Should be a strategist & specialist in area of HR Operations, Employee Relations & Engagement, Performance management etc.
