Regional Sales Manager - South
at An MNC in apparel retail with 700+ stores in India in Bangalore
Experience : 4 – 5 years in Apparel (At least 2 years if MBA) and familiarity of the territory
Qualification : Graduate – Any discipline (Hotel mgmt an added advantage)
Salary : Negotiable
Job Objective : -Achievement of Net Sales Value budget
-Inventory Management
-Cost control
-Developing new stores/franchisees and opening them.
-Deliver the best shopping experience in the industry
Job Duties : -Spend maximum time on the retail floor understanding customer preferences.
-Visit competition and give relevant feedback.
-Recruit the right store staff.
-Continuously educate and monitor store staff on their performance.
-Ensure that the merchandise mix is ordered to exploit all opportunities in sufficient quantities.
-Control cost of operation in all owned stores.
-Feedback and reports should be sent as required.
-Implement and monitor Loyalty Program.
-Control franchisee outstanding below 60 days.
-Manage franchisees and vendor for optimal results.
