Coca Cola India, It is an US MNC engaged into Mfg. and Marketing of Soft drinks and coming up in Tea & Coffee (Georgia) Business with brands like Coke, Thumsup, Limca, Fanta, Kinley, Sunfill, Etc.
They are looking for the position of Area Sales Manager for their regular brands like Coke, Thumsup, Limca, Fanta , etc.
Location : Delhi
Job Responsibilities :
The job responsibilities for this position would be handling of responsibilities like:
Development and Deployment of Sales Distribution initiative for a business worth of 30 - 60crores
Achieving key volumes, market share & availability targets for an area.
Managing financials for an area & liase with Unit Sales Manager for the same.
Ensuring quality systems compliance in market place.
Managing a team of 3-6 Sr. SO / SO as well as indirect supervision of Distributor Salesman.
He will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
The person should have Requisite Skills like:
Man mgmt skills.
Networking skills – with external customers.
Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
Creativity and innovation.
Planning, Budgeting and Cost Mgmt. Skills.
Ability to clearly link Sales & Distributions operations with Business imperatives.
