Sustaining Product Manager
at A Client of Wizmatrix Consulting in Bangalore

Wizmatrix is a premiere Resourcing Agency Specializing in IT and ITES.
We have an immediate requirement for the positions that is based with one of our Premium Clients in Bangalore for a Sustaining Product Manager.
Role: Sustaining Product Manager
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities Include:
- Sustaining and end of life product management ML and DL products
- Post launch life cycle management.
- Transition management and analysis.
Deliverables:
- Support the product team following initial product introduction; work with the product manager to keep product roadmap up-to-date and current, and assist in providing customer collateral including external roadmaps and outbound customer presentations where needed
- Stay up-to-date on solutions and offerings; help ensure that the product meets the needs of our customers and is competitive with our competitors products (as well as addressing threats from the ecosystem)
- Support the introduction of new and replacement products
- Support obsolescence of discontinued products
- In conjunction with the platform product managers, provide pricing analysis for products working with finance and other members of the product team
- Work with product management, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery teams to define product speed bumps and launch execution.
- Maintain and update product specs and collateral within source and on the Company.com website supporting launched products
- Send out timely communications and announcements to regions/customers as required in support of program speed bumps and updates
Required Skills:
- 3+ years product marketing experience in a technical environment
- Preferred experience with server technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including customer facing PowerPoint presentations and web pages
- Proven ability to quickly assimilate new technical and product information and translate into customer experience
- Good collaborative, teamwork and influencing skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and produce quality and timely deliverables
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) - Marketing or strategy
